A busy and growing organisation is looking for an experienced FM Helpdesk Coordinator. This role will suit someone organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.What you'll be doingAct as a first point of contact for service requestsLog, prioritise, and manage reactive and planned maintenance tasksAllocate work to engineers and subcontractorsMonitor job progress and ensure timely completionMaintain accurate CAFM records, asset data, and compliance documentationIssue and manage PPM schedulesCoordinate specialist visits and chase reportsRaise purchase orders and process supplier invoicesResolve basic PO and invoice queriesWhat we're looking forWe're looking for someone who is: Experienced in an FM Helpdesk (or similar) roleHighly organised with excellent multitasking skillsExcellent at communicating with customer service abilitiesCalm and structured in their approach within a reactive environmentConfident using CAFM systems (essential)If you have the necessary FM Helpdesk experience and would like to hear more about this opportunity, then we would certainly welcome your Application!
