The post holder will provide strategic, operational and professional leadership in relation to medicines optimisation to ensure the delivery of effective pharmacy support across all Planned and Critical Care.
To provide strategic, operational and professional leadership in relation to Planned and Critical Care, promoting evidence-based, cost-effective use of medicines in the Trust.
To lead and manage other pharmacy staff working in the Planned and Critical Care Division to ensure service delivery to agreed standards in line with business planning requirements.
To provide an advanced clinical service to patients as part of the team. This may include patient facing work in areas such as: Surgery, Critical Care, Trauma, MSK or parenteral nutrition.
You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to organise and prioritise your work. This post would be ideal for someone looking to develop or extend their clinical leadership, expanding on their understanding of systems working and demonstrating impact.
