The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by focusing on new business acquisition. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Generating leads and pursuing new business opportunities within the security industry.

Selling a diverse range of security products and solutions to installation companies.

Offering full consultations to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.

Conducting product demonstrations and advising customers on the most suitable options for their requirements.

Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:

A proven sales background in the security industry, with demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding targets.

Experience in manufacturing or distribution within the security sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult and build trust with clients.

A proactive, results-driven attitude and the ability to work independently.

Full UK driving license and the flexibility to travel within the South East region
