Location: Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, ST6 5QS

Hours: 36 OR 48 hours per week - Nights or Bank hours

Pay:£12.90 per hour

In this role, youll be supporting residents with their daily needs, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and valued. Every day youll be making a real difference, ensuring the home feels like a community where residents can live with dignity and joy.



Your Role

* Provide warm, person-centred care for our residents
* Support with washing, dressing, mealtimes, and mobility
* Offer companionship and encourage residents to join activities and social events
* Help create a safe, clean, and homely environment
* Work closely with your colleagues to ensure residents well-being is always the top priority



Essential Criteria

1. At least 6 Months working as a carer for older people
2. Experience working with people living with Dementia
3. A kind, patient, and understanding nature
4. Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
