 
        
        Our client, a highly regarded regional law firm, is seeking a passionate and experienced Employment Solicitor to join their expanding employment law team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a claimant-focused lawyer who values flexibility, collaboration, and meaningful client work.
This position offers genuine work-life balance through remote working, with just 1–2 days per month required at the firm’s Leeds office. You’ll manage your own diverse caseload, advising on a wide range of employment and industrial relations matters across sectors such as transport, manufacturing, education, healthcare, and the public sector.
You’ll work closely with trade union members, professional associations, and private individuals, guiding clients from initial advice through to negotiation and litigation. Based in the North West region, you’ll have the chance to build and maintain strong client relationships through regular in-person visits as needed.

About You
 * Qualified Solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE in employment law
 * Claimant experience essential; trade union experience desirable but not essential
 * Strong client relationship and communication skills
 * Confident managing a varied caseload involving advice, negotiation, and litigation
 * Based in the North West region, with willingness to travel to client sites in the North West when required
 * Enthusiastic about professional growth and contributing to the firm’s success
