PLANNER ROLES
At P&DG, we’re a multidisciplinary team of Planners, Urban Designers, and Heritage Consultants working across the UK. Our projects span a range of scales and sectors, planning applications, master planning, regeneration, planning appeals, EIA, public engagement, site promotion and education; all with a shared focus on delivering positive and creative planning outcomes.
With a long-standing reputation and a diverse portfolio of public and private clients, sectors, geographic reach, and extensive existing workload we’re now looking to expand our Planning capabilities. To support this growth, we’re seeking talented Senior/Principal Planners and an Associate-level Planner to join our team and help shape the next chapter of P&DG’s success.
WORKING AT P&DG
We’re proud to foster a culture built on collaboration, mutual trust, and shared ambition. Every member of our team is encouraged to grow, contribute ideas, and take ownership of their work. We value creativity as much as technical skill, and we believe in giving our people the freedom and support to shape their work and see the real impact it makes.
Beyond project delivery, you’ll play an active role in shaping the business, developing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and contributing to the ongoing growth of the practice.
Join us and be part of a team where your expertise and initiative will help shape better places and stronger communities.
