Receptionist/Facilities and Studio Coordinator needed for a Film Studio based in Chertsey! You will ideally need to drive for the remote location of the role and be flexible to occasionally start early or finish later on some filming days.
The role will involve:
* Managing the helpdesk and reception - greeting a high volume of people on filming days.
* Meeting and greeting all visitors and guests - ensuring first class customer service
* Issuing passes and liaising with security to ensure access is maintained safely
* Work alongside Health and Safety/Tech Teams to help create a safe working environment
* Maintain studio administration and compliance tasks
To be considered:
* You will ideally drive and be able to commute to Chertsey (Surrey)
* You will need extensive reception/facilities or studio logistics experience
* You will ideally have 3-4 years of reception experience
* You will have outstanding communication skill
* You will have a good understanding of film studios
* You will have worked in media/film/entertainment industries
