This is a great opportunity for a talented, successful and committed leader to join our school and work alongside our Designated Safeguarding Lead to maintain our robust approach to safeguarding. Our new Designated Safeguarding Officer will work closely with our staff team and the wider community to continue to promote a strong culture of effective safeguarding that is deep-rooted in kindness and respect, so that all students, no matter their background or starting point, consistently have a great experience at school and are safe.
We're looking for someone with:
1. Recent, relevant professional development with regards to safeguarding
2. Ability to develop and sustain successful relationships with students, families and colleagues
3. Ability to take initiative, lead, motivate, inspire and support students to achieve excellence
