Are you experienced in dealing with customer complaints and telephone based customer service?
This is the role for you.... We are seeking 5 x dedicated Customer Resolution Advisors to join a dynamic team based in Grimsby.
Duties to include:
* Responding promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat channels.
* Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a positive outcome for both the customer and organisation.
* Accurately inputting and updating of customer data within the company database, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
* Utilising communication skills to explain solutions clearly and professionally
* Maintaining excellent phone etiquette and upholding the organisation’s reputation through professional interactions.
* Attention to detail recording personal details and information
* Good computer skills required
