An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Nurse Deputy Home Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in the Boston, Lincolnshire area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.
The home specialises in providing nursing and residential care for service users with dementia, learning disabilities, or sensory impairments.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current active NMC Pin.
Key Responsibilities
1. Monitor standards of care delivered by qualified and unqualified care staff.
2. Support the Manager in implementing policies, procedures, and business objectives.
3. Prepare staff duty rotas to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
4. Monitor residents' wellbeing, noting any changes impacting care, updating care plans, and maintaining accurate records.
5. Act as a point of contact for residents, their families, visitors, and health and social care professionals, addressing requests and resolving concerns promptly.
6. Liaise with the Home Manager to manage the home during scheduled and unscheduled absences.
7. Contribute to team work, respond positively to colleagues, and execute work instructions efficiently.
8. Oversee the supply and quality of items needed for care tasks, ensuring timely ordering of replacements.

Salary and Benefits
The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £20.60 per hour, totaling approximately £38,563.20 annually. This is a permanent full-time position working 36 hours a week on day shifts. Benefits include:
