Accounts Assistant (CIS experience required)My client based in Sevenoaks are looking to hire a new account assistant to assist with all transactional duties within a small finance function. The successful candidate will have previous CIS and Subcontractor experience.Experience required but limited to:
* Set up new subcontractors ensuring details are complete and correct CIS verification
* Ensure that PQQs and insurances are correct and approved by the SHEQ Director
* Sales ledger
* Inputting subcontractor invoices and liaising with Project Team to ensure payment authorisations are received and any discrepancies are resolved
* Purchase Ledger
* Liaise with subcontractors regarding payments and ensuring accurate subcontractor records at all times
* Credit control
* Prepare payment runs
* Monthly CIS Return completion and submission
