Role Description
The Admissions Officer will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Key responsibilities include responding to inquiries, assisting with applications, verifying documents, and providing guidance to both domestic and international students. The role requires close collaboration with the admissions team to maintain accurate records and support enrollment initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in London.
Qualifications
* Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
* Experience in International Admissions and working with diverse student populations
* Customer Service expertise, with a professional and approachable demeanor
* Familiarity with the Education sector and understanding of admissions processes
* Organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
* Proficiency in using office software and database systems is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred
