Job Description:
What are the core responsibilities of this role?
* Accountable for delivering our health and social care workshops, which engage, motivate, and upskill learners.
* Accountable for reminder communications to all learners attending your sessions.
* Responsible for managing all fail-to-attend learners for all workshop sessions.
* Responsible for updating each learner’s Smart Assessor file with the knowledge learned from the workshop, ensuring progress has been made, and closing the session accurately.
* Accountable for offering learners additional support if required.
* Responsible for offering additional support if any learner has an identified ALN.
* Attend regular standardisation sessions with your peers to share best practices and review current or new course content.
* Accountable for achieving learner feedback results at a 90% good or above score on peer observations.
* Maintain knowledge and adherence to work-based learning professional standards, the education workforce’s code of practice, and the company’s code of conduct.
What skills and experience are we looking for in potential applicants?
* Relevant training experience and qualification(s)
* Experience working in an apprenticeship setting.
* Occupational experience, knowledge, and technical competence in route delivery
* Full driving licence with use of own vehicle
* Qualified or with the potential and willingness to work towards:
* ESW Communication Level 2
