We’re looking for a Clinical Receptionist and Administrator to be the welcoming face of our clinical centre and a key support to our healthcare team. The role involves direct interaction with patients, visitors, and clinical staff, requiring excellent communication skills and a caring, professional demeanour. About you: Previous experience in customer service or reception Confident in face-to-face and telephone communication Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Intermediate computer literacy (Microsoft Office) Experience in a hospital or medical environment A proactive, positive attitude and flexible approach to work Passion for continuous improvement and learning Location: Seaford Clinic Contract Type: Zero-Hour, Bank Contract Work Pattern: business hours (between 7.30am and 6.00pm) Salary: On Application Right to work in the UK In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencing employment. We have assessed this role and it does not meet the criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route. As such, we will not be accepting any visa sponsorships for this role, and candidates must be able to demonstrate their right to work in the UK independently, without sponsorship from Horder Healthcare.
