As an Employment Services Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the day to day functions of the iTrent systems for the authority. Assisting all internal and external stakeholders with key tasks and functions. On a daily basis you will assist with data cleansing, data migration and ensuring compliance with council guidelines. You
will also perform key tasks within other employment services teams, including assist with the production of ID Cards.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Comfortable working with figures and data
* A collaborative and team-oriented approach
What you will do:
* Maintain the day to day functions of the iTrent Systems.
* Assist employees over email or phone with queries about the system.
* Manage importing data into the system, and ensuring GDPR compliance.
* Producing ID Cards.
* Maintaining Excel workbooks.
* Assist with the recording and implementation of new Video guidance.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: £25,583.00-£25,989.00 per year
