Youll play a key part in keeping things running smoothly, supporting your teammates so they can continue to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers. Heres what youll be getting stuck into: Pulling together weekly revenue and cost reports, managing journals, and giving the commercial team the cost details they need. Looking into weekly and monthly data to spot trends, track performance, and help guide smarter decisions. Taking full ownership of the cost and invoicing process - making sure everything runs smoothly and lines up with the WBS structure. Working closely with the commercial team to answer any cost-related questions and putting the right controls in place to stay compliant. Leading the charge on financial and cost reporting, while managing and supporting a Cost Analyst and Cost Administrator. What do I need to succeed? Youve got great communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a knack for making sense of data. Youre confident with numbers and know your way around Excel, formulas, pivot tables and VLOOKUPs. Youve either got some solid experience in a similar role or youre recently qualified with a degree in business, accountancy, or quantity surveying. Youre happy to hit the road now and then, this role does involve occasional travel between offices, so a full driving licence is a must. Whats my next step?
