You'll cover warehouse and customer service duties and some of our outgoing deliveries. You'll interact with customers on a daily basis and ensure that the best service is always demonstrated to them. Get to know our product lines so you can offer advice and help to customers, making the most of all customer interactions Pick and prepare customer orders in our warehouse in a timely manner Load and unload customer and supplier vehicles Perform customer deliveries and safely unload at their specified sites using our 3.5t van Check incoming deliveries and report missing or damaged products and carry out regular stock counts Process customer orders at the trade counter, arrange deliveries and update customers on their orders Keep the branch looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers Make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and your team safe at work What’s in it for you?
