Service Desk Analyst | 3 Months | £170 - £180 Per Day | Exeter
My client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst for an initial 3-month engagement with view of extension. The role requires full-time on-site presence in Exeter. This position is offered on a PAYE basis and falls inside IR35.
Key Requirements
2+ Years of Service Desk / IT Helpdesk / First Line Support Experience
Experience building PC’s and Mobile Devices is Preferred
Experience with SCCM, Active Directory, Office 365, Citrix VPN
Ability to follow processes and log support tickets accurately
Locality to Exeter and willingness to commit to full time onsite work
Strong Communication Skills
