We're on the hunt for a PART-TIME Ballsy Communications Executive
We've just smashed a major rebrand, and now we're after a bold, creative, content-loving legend to join our gang. If you've got a knack for social, live for trends, and love being in front of the camera, this one's got your name all over it.
This is your chance to make your mark on a growing brand. You'll be the voice, face, and energy behind The Protein Ball Co, helping us bring our unapologetically natural snacks to life across socials. You'll also get to flex your creative muscles across our sister brands The Great British Porridge Co and It's The Dog's.
Because just like our tagline, we're Ballsy by Nature, and we're after someone who's got that same spark.
What you'll be doing:
* Running the show on social across TikTok, Instagram and beyond. From selling on TikTok Shop to behind-the-scenes vibes and day-in-the-life moments.
* Building strong relationships with our ambassadors, influencers and affiliates who share our energy and snack obsession.
* Dreaming up brand collabs and giveaways that get people talking and taste buds tingling.
* Creating reels and regular content that's as real, raw and ballsy as we are.
* Diving deep into community engagement by commenting, liking, chatting, and growing our online family.
* Producing killer assets from scroll-stopping photos to engaging videos (yep, that includes being the face of the brand, so confidence in front of the camera is key).
* Managing DMs and comments like a pro while keeping our socials buzzing with good vibes.
* Helping grow our online community through loyalty schemes, memberships, and rewards.
* Assisting with influencer and brand collabs with direction from our Marketing Director.
Bonus round:
There's room to grow, too. You'll have the chance to:
* Jump in on email content creation and campaigns (we use Klaviyo, but other experience counts).
* Support our Marketing Director with campaign planning and asset creation.
* Work closely with the sales team to bring marketing ideas to life in retail and online.
