The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital part in supporting secondary schools by: Delivering pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4 Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies Creating a calm, focused, and positive learning environment Supporting students with special educational or additional needs where required Building strong relationships and acting as a positive role model to young people This is a highly rewarding role that allows you to gain hands-on teaching experience without the responsibility of planning or marking.
