IT Manager - Job summary: Responsible for the implementation, management, and delivery of IT infrastructure and services throughout the organisation. This role combines hands-on technical administration with leadership responsibilities to meet business needs and stakeholder expectations. Very broadly, the role includes: Oversight of infrastructure, networks, cloud services, and business-critical applications, ensuring secure and reliable operations. Support for both legacy and modern systems, including ERP, CRM, Sage, Microsoft 365, and specialist software. Management and liaison with external providers, contractors, and internal teams to deliver IT solutions, support business projects, and align technology strategy with organisational objectives. Responsibilities: Deliver hands-on IT support and administration across hardware, software, and infrastructure. Manage Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Adobe, Google apps and Intune. Provide end-user support and business use-case guidance for Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, including secure file sharing with clients and access to external 365 resources.
