Aatom Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Case Manager – Tenancy & Estates (Grade 13) to support a local authority on a 3-month contract, with the strong possibility of extension.
Role Overview
As a Tenancy & Estates Case Manager, you will be the first point of contact for tenants, providing advice, guidance, and comprehensive case management. You will support residents with a range of housing-related enquiries—from initial tenancy issues to managing complex, high-need cases—ensuring vulnerable customers are able to sustain their tenancies.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate case records on the Open Housing System, ensuring all interactions are logged in line with operational and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide advice and case management to tenants, including those with complex and vulnerable needs.
* Ensure customers receive the support required to sustain and manage their tenancies effectively.
* Record all customer contact accurately on the Open Housing System.
* Oversee the day-to-day administration and management of social housing properties.
* Ensure all housing policies, procedures, and statutory requirements are followed.
* Manage a diverse caseload, including safeguarding concerns, tenancy breaches, and estate management issues.
* Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to secure positive outcomes for residents.
Requirements
* Proven experience working with vulnerable tenants in a housing or tenancy management environment.
* Strong understanding of housing legislation, tenancy law, and estate management procedures.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to manage complex cases with sensitivity and professionalism.
* Full UK Driving Licence

* Basic DBS Check
