Role Overview
The Area Sales Manager will deliver £1m in annual sales, managing a mix of regular and legacy customers. This role involves frequent travel to major industrial sites across the UK. Candidates should have a proven consultative sales track record, ideally with technical experience in control valves or the process environment, and strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Team: Drive high performance, foster collaboration, and share opportunities.
* Sales Strategy: Develop and execute growth strategies, analyze market trends, and manage budgets and forecasts.
* Customer Management: Maintain strong relationships, identify new business, resolve complex issues, and collaborate internally for a seamless customer experience.
* Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records, track the sales pipeline, and ensure compliance with company policies.
