Location:
Mobile/roaming role, visiting all Sewell onthego sites. The employment location will be Sewell Head Office, HU7 0DG.
Salary:
£30,000 - £32,000 per year (depending on experience) plus bonus opportunity of up to 10% based on personal and company performance.
Hours:
Full-time, 40 hours per week, working around 8:00 am - 5:00 pm to meet business needs.
Maternity cover ending 26 January 2026.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
* Monitor and drive sales performance against KPIs.
* Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service and well-stocked stores.
* Review and adjust product mix based on customer preferences and trends.
Category Management
* Manage product categories to maximize sales and ensure proper merchandising.
* Coordinate stock replenishment to avoid shortages or excess.
* Support promotional activities and pricing strategies.
Data Analysis & Reporting
* Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
* Forecast future demand and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Prepare and present sales and inventory reports with insights and recommendations.
Requirements

* Valid UK driving licence and own transport.
* Retail experience, preferably in convenience stores.
* Experience managing product categories and merchandising plans.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexible attitude towards working hours and supporting team during absences.
Desirable skills include experience with EPOS systems and supervisory roles in retail.
