Responsibilities
* Reflect a credible and professional Brand image to all internal and external consumers at all times.
* Maximise sales through selling, providing excellent service and retail standards.
* Contribute to efficiencies by adhering to store/Brand/Company procedures and guidelines.
* Understand daily/weekly targets.
* Maintain awareness of all additional sales avenues (e.g., events, Omni and digital channels).
* Keep up to date with competitor activities and missed opportunities.
* Utilise social media to drive the business and protect/enhance the Brand image.
* Deliver the Brand Strategy and an effective local plan.
* Plan and implement local marketing and events initiatives aligned to retailer activity.
* Deliver excellence in service by ensuring measures are in place to continually improve service levels and foster a zero consumer complaints mindset.
* Be an Ambassador for the Brand and ensure Brand values are represented and brought to life.
* Manage refunds and complaints in line with Company guidelines and consult with the Area Manager as appropriate.
* Use digital tools to keep knowledge up to date.
* Deliver a consumer recruitment and retention strategy to grow a loyal consumer base.
* Develop up-to-date product knowledge to deliver an industry-leading experience and ensure products meet consumer needs.
* Plan for delivering excellent standards at all times (product, housekeeping, displays, messaging, pricing).
* Review retail standards daily to ensure they are maintained to the required standard.
* Ensure deliveries, stock movements, and related administration are completed within agreed Company timeframes.
* Ensure auditable processes and administration meet Company guidelines and take corrective action where needed.
* Fulfill information requests accurately and within deadlines.
* Minimise stock loss by following Company Security Policies and Procedures.
* Create and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to Company and Retailer policies.
* Achieve a minimum overall audit grade of “Acceptable” across health & safety responsibilities and operational activity.
Commerciality
* Manage daily replenishment and take appropriate action when necessary.
* Maximise sales performance by using commercial reports before making decisions.
* Plan and deliver the visual merchandising layout per guidelines and timelines.
* Identify stock package issues and take corrective action, informing the Area Manager when out of direct control.
* Manage promotions and discounts in line with Company guidelines.
* Identify trends and suggest actions to enhance product performance.
Qualifications
* Experience in a fast-paced retail and/or customer-facing environment.
* Ability to drive self-development.
* Commercial understanding and awareness of the industry.
* Effective communication, organization and prioritization skills.
