Senior Marketing Manager
Im recruiting on behalf of my client, a fast-growing UK-wide business, for a commercially driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead their talented team and elevate the brands voice in the B2B space.

?? What Youll Be Doing:
* Lead and manage a small but growing marketing team (currently 3 direct reports, with potential to add an events hire).
* Take ownership of marketing strategy and execution across UK operations.
* Own and maximise Showpad and CRM platforms for sales enablement.
* Oversee and manage the marketing budget, supplier invoices, and ROI tracking.
* Plan and lead the businesss events calendar, managing attendance, messaging, and branding.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to develop content and messaging that reflects customer pain points and business strengths.
* Develop campaign material across multiple channels with external agencies, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
* Support internal training and development of the marketing team.
* Regular travel required (12 nights per month) for team/site visits, events and corporate hospitality.
