Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Workforce Management Specialist to coordinate site personnel and support the operational logistics essential for successful project delivery. This hands‑on role ensures the effective deployment of manpower, smooth execution of site support activities, and full compliance with workforce and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Allocate and mobilise field personnel to project sites in line with approved plans and operational requirements.
* Maintain accurate and current workforce data in planning systems (e.g., WSP).
* Monitor attendance, shift schedules, work hours, and standby coverage.
* Coordinate travel, accommodation, and transportation for site personnel.
* Arrange tools, equipment, and material delivery to ensure operational readiness.
* Manage workwear and PPE inventory, distribution, and timely replacements.
* Ensure full compliance with Kanadevia Inova’s QHSE requirements, internal policies, and external regulations.
* Record and track incidents, deviations, and improvement actions in alignment with the Management System.
* Collaborate with P&C, Finance, Spare Parts, and Technical Services to support personnel operations.
* Act as Line Manager for blue‑collar employees, providing supervision and guidance.
* Identify development and succession planning opportunities for the blue‑collar workforce.
* Ensure compliance with Kanadevia Inova processes and procedures across the team.
Qualifications & Experience
* Associate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
* Experience in heavy industry, ideally in service‑type work and line management of technicians and operatives.
* Demonstrable experience in manpower planning, workforce coordination, or field administration within industrial, construction, or manufacturing environments.
* Proficient with workforce planning tools (e.g., WSP) and Microsoft Office; ERP experience (IFS preferred) is advantageous.
* Strong understanding of QHSE standards and onsite industrial or construction environments.
* Experience working within a matrix organisation and cross‑functional stakeholder groups.

Salary and Benefits
Salary between £40,000‑£50,000 per annum d.o.e plus 3.5% annual bonus on base salary.
