The Role
As a key member of the Immigration team, you will:

* Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation across a broad range of immigration matters
\t
* Assist businesses in applying for UK sponsor licences to recruit talent from overseas
\t
* Guide employers through Skilled Worker visa applications, including salary and skill threshold compliance
\t
* Advise on Right to Work checks to ensure compliance before employment
\t
* Support individuals with applications under the EU Settlement Scheme and indefinite leave to remain
\t
* Manage sponsor licences, ensuring businesses comply with Home Office duties
\t
* Handle visa applications, extensions, work permits, and asylum cases
\t
* Represent clients in hearings, tribunals, and appeals
\t
* Stay up to date with UK immigration law changes, ensuring clients receive accurate, proactive advice
\t
* Draft and review key legal documents, including petitions and appeals
What We’re Looking For
\t
* 5+ years of experience in immigration law, with a strong focus on business immigration
\t
* In-depth knowledge of UK immigration law, particularly corporate immigration and sponsorship
\t
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly
\t
* A proven ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently
\t
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organisational skills
\t
* A client-focused approach, providing empathetic and practical solutions
