Manpower are currently looking to recruit a FLT/ Counterbalance driver for one of our clients based close to North Thoresby.
Own transport is essential due to the location of the site and hours required.
Initially, this will be Mon-Thurs on nights (6pm-6am) for the initial first 4 weeks. Following this period, you will then move on to rotating shifts spread across mid-week and does include both days and nights. Once you are fully trained you will then move onto a shift pattern and a permanent position after a successful 12-week probationary period.
You will be responsible for the moving, sorting and transporting of high-quality plastic products/ plastic bales in and out of the operating areas so an eye for detail, health and safety and experience in a similar environment are essential.
Qualifications
1. Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is essential as you may be asked to assist with other roles around the Site.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
3. Excellent communication and time-management skills
4. Good attention to detail
5. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
6. Problem solving and critical thinking skills
7. Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs unassisted
