About the Role
In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering important infrastructure projects including coordinating logistics, managing quotations, and overseeing billing and project administration.

Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and support project installations.
* Liaise with suppliers and clients to manage logistics and timelines.
* Track and process quotations, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Oversee invoicing and financial tracking.
* Maintain accurate project records, budget sheets, and documentation.
* Provide admin and coordination support to project managers and field teams.
About You
You'll be organised, proactive, and confident working with data, suppliers, and budgets.
Experience in a technical, engineering, or project support environment would be an advantage, but if you have strong coordination and administrative skills with an eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.
