Senior Quantity Surveyor £65,000K-£70,000K+Package ( DOE ) Manchester My client is a regional building contractor, which are in the market for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. They work within commercial & residential and housing sectors of construction market. Delivering a range of design and build projects in affordable housing, residential and commercial. Typical values are between £5million up to around £18million. The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor candidate will have previous design and build experience, working on new build social housing projects. Their projects are traditional build and low-rise apartments projects. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be commercially astute and be involved in pricing works on selected projects. You will be given ownership and accountability for delivering sub contact packages to projects. Ensuring the best possible value and profit in maintained during and closing of project delivery. As an experienced commercial candidate, you will have the ability to work unaided, managing your own workload and projects. You will ideally have site experience working for a regional main building contractor, covering affordable housing projects.
