Job Description
3. Process invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
4. Reconcile accounts payable transactions accurately.
5. Monitor and resolve invoice discrepancies in coordination with vendors.
6. Maintain detailed records of financial transactions for auditing purposes.
7. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
8. Assist with month-end closing processes and reporting.
9. Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries regarding accounts payable matters.
10. Support the accounting and finance team with additional tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
11. Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role.
12. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
13. Competence in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
14. A practical understanding of the FMCG industry is preferred.
