Brightwork are recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join our client, a large manufacturing organisation at their premises in North Ayrshire.
Working with them for 4-6 weeks, this is a great opportunity if you are looking to build your experience or are between assignments.
Your Time at Work:
You will be responsible for scanning and cataloguing a high volume of documentation, ensuring digitalised and destroyed confidentially.
You will also assist with general administration duties as required but the focus will be on the documentation project.
Our Perfect Worker:
Will be able to commit to a short-term temporary assignment
Be confident working with all MS Office packages
Be comfortable scanning high volumes of documentation
