The Role:
The Oxford office supports projects mainly in complex sectors like Science, Research, and Healthcare. As a Principal or Associate Engineer, you will support and deliver electrical design services across various projects, working within a multidisciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing the technical delivery of electrical designs for multiple building sectors.
2. Developing strategic concepts ensuring compliance with standards and client needs.
3. Engaging with stakeholders and participating in project meetings to ensure clear communication and delivery.
4. Assisting in monitoring project budgets, resources, and work progress.
5. Mentoring junior professionals, including apprentices and graduates.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer with a record of delivering complex projects.
* Experience with technical delivery processes and software such as BIM, Revit, Electrical OM, Dialux, and Relux.
* Experience working collaboratively with clients, contractors, and architects.
* Self-awareness, openness, and a collaborative spirit.
* Experience supporting the development of others’ skills and confidence.
