Overview Of The Role
* Working alongside your selected adviser(s), providing invaluable support on a day-to-day basis in a busy and varied role, reminding them of important tasks and deadlines
* Diary management required, making appointments with clients and external contacts
* Act as the first point of contact with their client bank
* Prepare and compile reports, presentations and correspondence and collate relevant paperwork
* Organise and prioritise your workload managing the administration of client policies and plans dealing with providers and business partners
* Proactively chase through pipeline business working with your advisers, clients, solicitors, and business partners to ensure that the highest possible standard of service is provided.
About You
* Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with high degree of accuracy
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to work through issues with customers and colleagues in a calm, proficient and effective manner
* Strong, proficient IT skills in MS Office, Excel, and CRM systems such as Curo
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment at a fast growing company
* Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines and targets.
