The successful candidate will lead and coordinate the school's SEND provision, working closely with the Inclusion Manager (Deputy Headteacher) and the wider inclusion team to ensure all pupils receive the support they need to thrive. You'll provide professional guidance to staff, oversee EHCP reviews, liaise with external agencies, and ensure the school's SEND practice meets statutory requirements. This role is ideal for a passionate and organised teacher with a strong understanding of SEND and a commitment to inclusive education.
