* This is a national / home / field based people management role
* You will be a part of the senior leadership team responsible for managing a successful field sales function that includes Account Managers and Key Account Managers with budget responsibility of C £40M.
* As National Sales Manager, you will coach, develop, train and motivate your team.
* The route to market is via merchants / distributors / retail and therefore a good handle on P&L is required.
* You will have an input in setting sales targets, 121's, performance reviews / plans, recruitment.
* Our client is looking for someone to lead by example and come with good commercial people management / coaching skills.
