?? Key Priorities ??
* Provide strong operational oversight and address poor practice
* Coach and develop colleagues to rebuild a positive care culture
* Up skill team members
* Embed robust governance and audit frameworks
* Assess and improve support plans and risk assessments as needed
* Strengthen MCA and Best Interest processes
?? Systems Experience Required ??
* Digital care planning systems (e.g., Nourish) - essential
* Experience with compliance and eMAR platforms - desirable
? Ideal Candidate ?
* Proven track record in turnaround leadership within adult social care
* Supported living management experience
* Skilled in coaching and mentoring front line teams
* Comfortable working in high-pressure environments
* Able to hit the ground running and build trust quickly
