Pension Administrator

Our client is seeking a Pension Administrator to provide highquality secretarial and administrative support to a group of Trustees within the Financial Services sector. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected organisation and work closely with senior stakeholders in a varied and fastpaced role.
Role Details
1. Job Title: Pension Administrator
2. Location: Wimbledon
3. Working Pattern: Hybrid - 2 days in the office, 3 days from home
4. Note: Increased office attendance required during probation
5. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
6. Salary: Up to £30,
Main Duties & Responsibilities
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of Trustee operations. Responsibilities include:
7. Logging and monitoring annual scheme budgets
8. Processing invoices and maintaining accurate financial records
9. Updating master spreadsheets, registers, compliance checklists and governance systems
10. Managing Trustee diaries and scheduling meetings
11. Coordinating travel arrangements and expenses
12. Handling incoming and outgoing post and ensuring appropriate followup
13. Answering incoming calls and providing support when Trustees are unavailable
14. Maintaining a professional approach to all clientrelated communication
Meeting Support & Governance Duties:
15. Preparing agendas, collating meeting papers, and issuing meeting packs
16. Confirming venue arrangements
17. Creating meeting minutes templates
18. Updating action logs and issuing followups to providers
19. Completing quarterly tasks ahead of Trustee meetings
20. Creating meetings and managing document uploads to online portals
21. Liaising with providers to confirm meeting dates, track actions and ensure timely submission of papers
22. Monitoring regular correspondence from scheme providers and industry bodies
Knowledge & Experience
23. Previous PA, secretarial or administrative experience
24. Experience in pensions administration or an understanding of trusteeship is beneficial but not essential
