The Company continues to grow and diversify its portfolio of services and, to support this growth, we are looking for determined, resilient and ambitious individuals to join our Team and bring the Plant Servicing and Maintenance back in-house.
Job Summary
We have an immediate vacancy for a qualified and experienced Plant Fitter, who can work on their own initiative without being micro-managed. This is a very exciting role that works with the Senior Management Team and the Operations Division. Ongoing training and personal development is something that the Company openly supports and encourages, we want our Employees to truly feel they are a valued asset to our Business. This role therefore gives the right individual to grow with our business and potentially take the senior Plant Fitter role in the future.
Responsibilities:
Duties will include HGV 6-weekly inspections, servicing and repairing of all owned plant, which includes mini diggers, dumpers, compressors, rollers, trailers etc.
You should be able to work to a high standard and have the ability to work unsupervised and, professionally with other Department Heads.
Key Skills/Attributes/Qualifications:
Minimum 2-years previous experience in Plant Fitter role
Engineer/Plant Fitter/Mechanic Qualification
Full UK Drivers Licence
Ability to use your own initiative, be self-motivated and a proactive individual.
Good time management and communication skills.
