* Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire - Hybrid
* Salary: £40,586 per annum
* Job type: Full Time, Permanent – 37 hours per week
Responsibilities
As our Assistant Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for the Group’s Payroll function, Pension, and tax compliance, the accuracy of associated systems and regulatory compliance on relevant submissions and payments.
You’ll ensure Fairhive is kept informed of current payroll legislation along with ongoing compliance with statutory requirements.
About You
* Full understanding of a payroll function, pensions, and tax compliance
* The ability to effectively apply your knowledge in practice to support service delivery
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organisational, time management, administrative and prioritisation skills
* Good intermediate IT skills
* A committed to the promotion of equality and diversity in service delivery
