About the Role
As our Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a key role in upholding and enhancing our product standards across all manufacturing operations. You will lead our quality assurance processes, oversee compliance for all our production, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure our customers receive only the best.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop, implement, and maintain effective Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with industry best practices.
2. Guide, manage, train and develop our small team of QA controllers
3. Oversee quality control for all manufacturing
4. Conduct regular audits, inspections, and supplier assessments to ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards.
