What you will do:
• Define and evolve our beyond-banking value proposition, identifying where partnerships can unlock new value for
customers
• Build and manage a pipeline of partner-enabled proposition opportunities across B2B partners, including fintechs, service
providers and digital platforms
• Facilitate end-to-end partnership development — from opportunity identification through to commercial assessment,
agreement and launch readiness
• Work closely with Product and Commercial teams to embed partner solutions into our customer experience
• Assess partner opportunities across customer value, commercial outcomes, delivery feasibility and customer impact
• Stay close to market trends and competitor activity to identify new partnership opportunities

What you will need:
• Experience in transformation, business development, proposition development, partnership or commercial roles, ideally in
banking, fintech or B2B services
• Strong understanding of B2B partnership models and ecosystem thinking
• Ability to define and articulate propositions, not just execute deals or manage relationships
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial judgement, with the ability to connect customer needs, partner capabilities and
business value
• Commercially driven, with experience building business cases, assessing economics and shaping revenue or growth
opportunities
• Excellent stakeholder management — able to work across product, legal, risk, procurement, commercial teams and
external partners
