HR Advisor Required – Immediate Start

Assignment: Minimum 2 months (potential for extension)

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on all people-related matters.
Manage all aspects of Employee Relations (ER) including conducting hearings, drafting letters, note-taking, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
Provide expert advice on staff consultations and support associated processes.
Stay up to date with employment legislation, implementing relevant policy changes.
Lead and support HR projects as required.
Ensure a safe working environment in line with company Health and Safety policies.
Undertake any other duties necessary to support the HR department.
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR, particularly in Employee Relations.
Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
