Working hours are 8.30am to 3.30pm. This is a full-time position with an immediate start.

Your Role
* Lead and support learning within the classroom, working alongside experienced teachers
* Deliver small-group interventions and structured activities
* Build positive relationships and motivate students to reach their goals
* Support classroom management and contribute to a calm, encouraging learning environment
* Help create a space where every young person feels safe, supported, and understood

What We’re Looking For
* Minimum of 6 months' childcare experience, ideally supporting students with additional needs
* Someone confident leading groups and stepping in to cover lessons when needed
* A patient, adaptable, and resilient individual with a passion for helping young people succeed
* Due to the school’s rural location, you must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
