Your new role
You will be joining the Science department as a Science Teacher on a maternity cover contract, with the option to work full-time or part-time depending on your availability. You will be responsible for teaching Science across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5 depending on experience.
1. Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated Science lessons
2. Marking and assessing student progress
3. Attending parents’ evenings and contributing to school events
4. Supporting school trips and extracurricular activities
5. Bing an active member of the schoolmunity

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must have:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
7. UK classroom experience teaching Science (Desired)
8. A passion for your subject and the ability to inspire students
9. Strong classroom management andmunication skills
10. Availability to start in September or as soon as possible
