Join our team to deliver the best customer experience. As a Trainee Shift Manager, you will undergo a fast-track training program, initially focusing on food preparation, serving, and customer care. You will be expected to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness, providing friendly, fast, and accurate service while adhering to safety, security, and hygiene procedures.
Progression opportunities include becoming a crew trainer within 6 months and enrolling in our shift management development program, which can lead to becoming a qualified shift leader within 9-12 months. The role offers a minimum hourly rate of £13.50 upon reaching the shift leader position.
As a Shift Leader, your responsibilities include managing shifts, leading the team, building sales, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You will oversee areas such as People, Food Safety, Training, and Scheduling, supporting the Business Manager in maintaining high standards and troubleshooting operational issues.
