My client is a leading international manufacturing business who are looking to recruit a PA to join their busy team based in Manchester. The role is supporting a team of senior stakeholders and needs somebody who is proactive, highly organised and able to manage several tasks at once.
Please note: This role can accommodate candidates looking for 3 full days or 5 days at reduced hours
As a PA your duties will include:
* Monitoring e-mails for the team and Directors
* Arranging national and international travel
* Processing and tracking of expenses
* Organising of meetings
* Assist with organising company events
As a PA you will have the following skills:
* Previous experience as a PA is essential
* Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
