We’re recruiting for a growing group of companies rolling out Salesforce CRM across a newly acquired portfolio. They are looking for a Salesforce CRM Specialist to lead and support the implementation, ensure system scalability, and align the platform with evolving business needs.
Lead the configuration and rollout of Salesforce CRM across multiple business entities
Gather and translate business requirements into effective Salesforce workflows, automations, and data structures
Drive post-implementation improvements focused on usability, dashboard/reporting, and user adoption
Ensure high-quality data management across leads, opportunities, and case workflows
Provide internal support, documentation, and end-user training
Act as a trusted advisor on CRM best practices and strategic usage
Collaborate with internal IT and external partners on integrations and long-term enhancements
Hands-on experience implementing and customising Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
Proven experience supporting multiple teams or business units with tailored CRM solutions
Salesforce Administrator or similar certification preferred
Based in the UK or EU, with fluent English and willingness to travel occasionally if required
