Offer immediate academic and emotional support to pupils as needed. Oversee a mix of whole-class and small-group activities across a variety of subjects. Quickly adjust to new school settings and follow each school’s specific guidelines. Share observations and updates on pupil engagement and progress with school staff. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is a must. Experience across different key stages is advantageous. A flexible, professional, and positive approach to education. Strong communication and behaviour management skills. Ability to manage a classroom effectively and confidently.
